01General Terms & Conditions

03Age Restriction & Eligibility

06Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

If a game is interrupted or a technical issue arises, b99 bet will review the system logs before making a decision. In such cases, b99 bet's decision is final.

08Account Closure & Suspension

• Underage user detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (24 months or more).

Members may request to close their own account at any time. Submit a self-exclusion request to the support team. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned through the standard process.
